Privacy notice (POPIA)

1. The Cryxel Ledger app: we collect nothing
The app runs on your computer and stores your data locally (in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CryxelLedger). It does not ask for bank logins, has no user accounts on any server, and contains no telemetry, analytics or advertising. We do not receive, see or hold your financial information. Your data is only copied elsewhere if you choose to (for example by pointing the backup feature at a folder that is synced by a service you use).
2. This website
This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts, fonts or images. It is served as static files by our host, Cloudflare Pages, which, like any web host, may keep technical server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability under its own privacy terms. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
3. When you buy or contact us
Payments are handled by Payhip; we never see your card details. We receive the information the store shares with sellers (typically your name, email address, country and order details) and use it only to deliver your licence key, give support, handle refunds and meet legal and tax record-keeping duties. Emails you send us are used to reply to you. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not send marketing unless you ask for it.
4. Keeping information
We keep order and support records only as long as needed for those purposes and for legal or accounting requirements, then delete them.
5. Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing, by emailing cryxelstudio@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to keep the personal information we hold safe. Because the app stores your data on your own device, keeping that device, your Windows account and your backups secure is your responsibility; the app lets you set your own sign-in and recovery key.

If this notice changes we will update the date above.
